Your Credit Key portal gives you full visibility into your credit, account settings, and active orders. Here's how to find everything you need.
How Do I Login?
1. Visit your Credit Key Portal.
2. Enter the phone number or email associated with your Credit Key account
3. Enter the 6-digit verification code (received as an SMS or email)
Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard provides a high-level summary of your account, including:
Base Rate
Shows your base interest rate (for example, 1.25%). You can hover over the tooltip next to the rate to view the range based on which repayment term you choose at checkout.Maximum Credit
Displays your total approved credit limit.Credit in Use and Remaining Credit
Allows you to track how much credit has already been used and how much is still available.Active Orders
Displays how many current orders are open on your account.
Ways to Use Your Credit
There are three main ways to use your Credit Key account:
Credit Key Virtual Card
Displays the available balance you can spend using your virtual card.
Click View Card to access your card information.

Takes you to the Credit Key marketplace where you can shop with participating merchants that accept Credit Key at checkout.Upload Invoice
Lets you pay an invoice directly using your available credit.

Default Settings
This section lets you manage your default payment and loan setup:
Primary Payment Method
Click "Manage" to update your linked bank account.Default Terms
Choose your default loan term (for example, 3 months) for new orders. This can be updated anytime.
Active Orders Preview
The dashboard also includes a preview of your active orders at the bottom of the page. Each order card shows:
The total amount of the order
The remaining balance
Your next scheduled payment and due date
Current loan terms and status
To see more order details, payment schedules, or make a payment, click View All Orders or go to the Orders tab at the top of your screen.

Account Menu Overview
Click the Account dropdown in the upper-right corner to access:
Profile: View your address, email, phone number, EIN, and manage users.
Payment Methods: Manage your connected bank accounts
Documents: Download loan agreements and other documents
Sign Out: Log out of your account
