Access your borrower portal at https://borrower.creditkey.com to begin
1. Find the Orders section at the top of your dashboard
2. Locate the order you want more information on by sorting through CK ID or Date
3. Click the order ID you want to view to enter its details page
4. From this page, find the "Payment Plan Agreement" button and click it.
5. Open the downloaded PDF format of your loan agreement.
Important:
If your loan is currently pending, your loan agreement will not be available for download.
