To resend the email notification or copy the URL to send to your customer directly, you can follow these steps:
Resend email notification
1. Navigate to the main Orders tab (located on the top right of the portal)
2. Locate the order under the Orders tab of your Credit Key portal (you can search by order ID in the search bar)
3. Click the 3 dots next to the "New" status
4. Click "Resend Notification"
This will send your customer a new email with a link to "Pay with Credit Key" to confirm the terms on the order. Once confirmed, the order status will change to "Placed."
Copy URL to "Pay with Credit Key" to send directly to your customer
1. Locate the order under the Orders tab of your Credit Key portal
2. Click the 3 dots next to the "New" status
3. Click "Copy URL"
Once copied, you can paste the URL directly into an email for your customer to confirm the terms on the order. Once confirmed, the order status will change to "Placed."
Switch to SMS
Click the toggle button at the top center of the CSR order form to switch from email to SMS. The confirmation will send to the customer's phone number.
