If you have a customer who has applied with Credit Key and is in "pending" status, this means that our risk team has asked for additional documentation before we are able to approve their Credit Key credit line with us.
There may be a typo on the application, or the information provided does not match the business records on the Secretary of State. We will give you a general idea of why the application is pending as a partner merchant of ours, (ie. ID Verification) but we cannot provide specific details regarding the pending status of the application for regulatory purposes.
We will request all information necessary to move the application forward via the email address provided by the applicant at the time of application. All email requests will come from support@creditkey.com from our internal Risk team.
Once your customer has provided us with the requested documentation, our Risk team will promptly review their application to determine the final status of the application for their business.
