Within the orders tab of your Credit Key portal, you will be able to see the status of all of your orders. When an order is in "new" status, it means that your customer has not yet confirmed their terms on the order.
Send a reminder
To send a reminder email to your customer to confirm their terms, click on the three dots next to the status and a drop-down menu will give you the option to resend the notification email, or copy the URL to confirm the terms directly.
