This may mean that we do not have the mobile number entered when trying to access your Credit Key account.
It may also mean that the number listed on your Credit Key account is a landline and we were unable to send an SMS.
If you are using the number on file and still are not receiving the text codes, complete the steps below:
1. Please add the number 985-322-6376 as a contact in your phone, just in case our text messages are being blocked by your service provider.
2. Text START to 985-322-6376 and then request a new code.
If you still did not receive your code -or- you need to update the number on file, please reach out to our support team.
